Shipping will be via Toll Priority or Australia Post. If you have a preference please specify in the notes section of your order! This is is usually an express overnight service but can be within a 48 hour time frame. Larger packages (either 5kg weight or 5kg cubed total volume) will need to be shipped via Off Peak Road Freight. Depending on the distance needed to travel this can take 1-4 days (e.g Queensland orders). Also some circumstances can delay delivery including network outages, weather events or other unavoidable situations. Toll will not deliver to PO boxes. However, for certain Regional areas we incur a fee of between $25 and $75. In these situations we will ship with Australia Post exclusively. If you are in a regional area please be aware this may be the case.
By default all orders are no signature required unless you SPECIFY that you have circumstances requiring you to physically receive the parcel. This is due to additional fees applied when deliveries fail due to no one being available to sign. Failure to sign also can potentially add an extra day or two to delivery time.
Body4Life accepts no responsibility for lost or late shipments. We will assist you to locate your products using online track and trace service. You agree that ownership of any Product that you order transfers to you once we have shipped it to you.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, your Products will be sent within 24 hours for orders placed monday to friday 3pm.
Cancellation of orders
We may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Products missing from an order
If for any reason a product is missing from an order, please email us with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
Return of products
Any return of products and refunds will be governed in accordance with our refunds & returns policy.
